SW14 Women’s Fitness is a friendly women-only gym in East Sheen that provides a workout perfect for all levels of fitness. Whether you wish to strengthen or tone your body, lose weight, increase energy levels or improve overall fitness levels – SW14 Women’s Fitness is for you!
Specially designed for women, each low-impact machine works at least two muscle groups and as many as four at one time because you push and pull, rather than lift and lower weight. Alternating upper body, lower body and core muscles, our circuit provides a full body workout in just 30 minutes.
Joining a gym can be a nerve-wracking experience, but here at SW14 Women’s Fitness, you will find a friendly and supportive atmosphere to help you settle in and ensure you reach your fitness goals. Our workout combines cardio, strength training and stretching – suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

Such a friendly and lovely local gym! I really like the 30-minutes workout, easy to fit in my day -before or after work- the fact that the gym is close to Mortlake station (so no excuse not to pop-in), and the fact that it is only women – no judgments and lots of friendships. Tips and encouragement around weight loss and exercising are also given, and additional boot camp, yoga and other sessions are available. The newly re-designed gym is so cosy and pleasant, that I almost feel like I am exercising in my home!”
